When possible we use non-invasive 3D ear scanning. Where 3D imaging is not possible, physical impressions are taken by highly trained and experienced audiologists, and impressions are scanned for future use .
3D .stl files of your impressions can be provided, and these can be re-used for any future product, minimising the need for further impressions.
